Gotta sleep to grow....

I've been told you have to sleep to grow.....

 

And boy am I growing.....This is me at 10 weeks.....

 Now this is me at 13 weeks! (I'm 23 pounds)

 I like to sleep with my cow at work......

 We cuddle a lot...

 

Even if I end up a little twisted to do it...

Sometimes I even try to sleep on Mom's work in hopes she will play with me instead! 

(Sometimes it works!)

 I also like to cuddle with Remmy.....

 

He doesn't really like me though so a lot of times I have to cuddle with his Muppet feet....

 My favorite place to sleep when I was a little baby was under the couch.....

 I was really little and fit really well....

 Aren't I cute?

 

I love to sleep...It's my favorite (along with bugging Isaac and Rem!)

 I've had to graduate to dog beds though because I'm getting bigger!

 My favorite place to sleep in in my Mom's arms.....(this was on the ride home from GDB)

 

Even if she does put stickers on my head!

 Look my jacket even fits now because I've been sleeping and growing so much.....

Well I guess it's time for a nap...

I'm 10 weeks old already!!!

 

 Hi! It's the Baby again!

Last Thursday (April 3rd) the people introduced me to Pete the Penguin whom I'm supposed to take my photo with every week.

Rembrandt took his photo with him first....

I still didn't want too.....

 

So I ran away.... (I kinda look like Yoda)

 

But then I came back and was a good puppy and sad next to Pete the penguin...

I'm so little still and I only weigh 15 pounds!

(too bad they forgot to take my photo on my 8 week and 9 week birthday)

 

Then I ran around the yard like a crazy man...

 

Woooooohoooooo

Zeke ran with me!!!!

Come back every week (hopefully) to watch me grow with Pete!

Hi! My name is Hensley!

I'm the newest Golden in town!

 When I'm  not sleeping.....

 

I like to eat dandelions

 But I really like to sleep.....

 I love to be outside....

 And snuffle through the grass.....

 But sometime that makes me tired and I have to take a break.....

 BTW.....this dang collar is so ITCHY!!!

 I tried to grow a mustache.....

 But they laughed at me and held me up like I was in the Lion King......

 So I took a nap with my pal Remmy.... (he loves me I swear)

 I'm cute when I'm awake....

 And or course when I'm sleeping....

Intruder In Goldenland

!!!!Special Report!!!!!

There's been an invasion into Goldenland......

 Don't let the dark coloring fool you.....she's not a golden...

 Her name is Napa and she's a ........LAB!!!!!

 She is kind of goofy like a golden though......

 And likes the jolly ball.....

 Even does the flying ear thing.....

 But looks can be deceiving......

 This one is definitly LAB!!!!

 But I guess she's kind cool......

 And she's leaving me alone.....

I guess she can stay.....for now......

Hi! Its me the human caretaker here.

Azara left in the middle of February.

It's taken me this long to blog about it because I miss her.....

A LOT!!!

 She could always make me smile.....

Just by being her.....

Her goofy grin could brighten the saddest day....

 

Such a pretty girl...

 

 

Such a happy girl.....

 

Especially when she was being naughty

 

 But alas...

 

 

My little girl has grown up

 

It is time to send her to college (I made sure she was prepared)

 She picked a great school and a great career to aim for.....

So we dropped her off and waved good-bye
